Governor Support sends 3 Governors’ Newsletters per year to every governor’s home address.  The newsletter aims to keep governors up-to-date with the effect of recent legislation on South Gloucestershire policy.  Governors are also encouraged to contribute articles.

Governor Support sends 6 Governor Bulletins per year to all Heads, Chairs and Clerks. These bulletins:

• Summarise recent legislation
• Alert governing bodies to new responsibilities
• Advertise additional training courses
• Provide checklists
• Suggest items for governing body agendas
• Advertise recent relevant publications
